 Mr. S.K Jain – Managing Director 

Mr. S.K Jain with a Masters in Psychology and a course in advanced Management from IIM Lucknow, is a result driven specialist with an excellent track record of more than 40 years in the field of Engineering, Leather, Power and the Energy Sector. His proficiency in all the areas of HR-Management and HR-Development contributed to organizational growth.

He carries a rich experience working in the corporate, private as well as in the public Sector.  Being widely travelled in India and abroad, and visited countries such as UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal and Ireland.

Working for ONGC, in the Oil Industry, he handled HR activities of 15000 workmen, spread across the country. Worked as Personnel Officer in Bharat Aluminum Co. (BALCO) New Delhi from 27.05.1979 to 30.03.1982.Rich experience Establishment functions. As Head HR/ER-Support Manager, he looked after the responsibilities of HR functions related to the Asset. He was also In- charge of Medical, Security& Fire, Land Acquisition Activities, Electrical & Civil Maintenance, House-keeping, Materials Management, Finance and Inventory control. As Head of Recruitment & Promotion Division, he was responsible for Recruitment of Management Trainees, Campus interview. Formulating and implementing the policy pertaining to the Recruitment & Promotion in the Organization,

He headed the Personnel and Administration and IR dept. at the corporate Office of UP Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. He formulated the service and other rules and regulations for the corporation. Prior to joining BALCO, he worked in Bata India Ltd., Patna and looked after the functions of Personnel and IR Dept.

DR. A.NIYOGI – Director

She can best be described as an Educationist, a Social entrepreneur & a Freelance writer with 29 very productive and dynamic years to her credit.

She is a Doctorate from Ashley University, California, USA in ‘Human Resource Management’; Master of Science from University of Calcutta; Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) from Annamalai University; PG Diploma in Advanced Marketing Management from Mumbai and PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Chennai and a Creative writing course from Writer’s Bureau, Manchester, UK.

Beginning her career as an Educationist (1984 – 1995), she diversified to join the IT Industry (1996 – 1999) heading HR Department & conducting soft skill trainings to fresh IT graduate trainees of Software Companies in Chennai.

 On connecting with a Health and Nutrition company based in USA, ( 2000-2003) she participated in ‘Leadership Summits’ held in Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles, USA, conducted by renowned ‘Management Guru’ Jim Rohn. In addition, she partook in ‘Personality and business development Seminars’ lead by International Management Gurus in UK and Holland.

Later, as a Motivational Speaker she too began conducting Seminars both in India & abroad.

Her firm “Impact Communication”, launched in the year 2003 in Dehradun, was a behavior and management training firm. As a Facilitator she conducted Workshops, Trainings and Seminars for Educational Institutes and Corporate Houses both in Dehradun and Delhi.

Alongside, she also worked part time as a Public relations officer (PRO) to the Governor of Uttarakhand, Sri Sudarshan Agarwal from 2004 till 2007.

 In the year 2005, with the Governor as the Patron, she initiated Arogya Wellbeing Trust

Mr. S. K Sharma – Director

Mr S. K Sharma, is an MBA with Specialization in HR and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights. He holds the position of Group General Manager (HR) in ONGC. He is a result-driven professional with a successful career in the oil industry spanning for more than three decades; resulting in an excellent in-depth understanding of the oil and gas business.

As a HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST, with a wide experience of over 37 long years, he is well qualified in the field of Recruitment & Retention, Manpower Planning, Labour Relations, Collective Bargaining, Compensation Management, Disciplinary Process, Policy Formulation & Development.

Before joining ONGC, he has also worked in Oil India Ltd. & in Directorate General of Hydrocarbons. He was also a faculty member in Administrative Staff College, Jodhpur, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, ONGC Academy, Dehradun and in Oil India Ltd., Assam

He has written number of papers on different aspects of HR and delivered presentations in various national & inter-organisational forum. He is a life member of Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) and National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM).
