Mr. S.K Jain

MR. S.K JAIN with a Masters in Psychology and a course in advanced Management from IIM Lucknow, is a result driven Human Resource Consultant with an excellent track record of more than 40 years in the field of HR management, personnel management, recruitment and team building.

He carries a rich experience working in the corporate, private as well as in the public Sector.  Being widely travelled in India and abroad, and visited countries such as UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal and Ireland.

His proficiency in all the areas of HR-Management and HR-Development contributed to organizational growth.  He is a result oriented self driven professional with a successful career in the oil industry; resulting in an excellent in-depth understanding of Human Resource policy, strategy and implementation.

He possesses understanding of HRM and organizational development having a strong track record of improving processes & procedures. He has demonstrated aptitude in meeting organizational goals and objectives, to cater to a variety of timelines in constantly changing environments. He is skilled at developing and executing initiatives that drive organizational growth leading to a, long-term relationships with team-members, as well as organizations as a whole.

Lecturing and coaching sessions for ONGC GT Batch and NET examination as well as a visiting faculty for a few University in Dehradun; he has been able to build up a high level of trust, confidence and understanding with his participants.

DR. ALOKA NIYOGI

With a Doctorate in Human Resource Management and an experience of 29 odd years, she has a dynamic and proven track record, working for Indian and American Companies.

Beginning her career as an Educationist, she diversified to join the IT Industry in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Headed the HR Department of Software Company and conducted in-house Soft skill training to their fresh IT graduate trainees.

While working for a Health & Nutrition Company (with headquarters in USA), she had the opportunity to attend Training Seminars spearheaded by International Management Gurus in USA, Holland & UK. Later as an Educator- trainer, she began conducting seminars and workshops both in India and abroad.

Her leadership seminars in Chennai on Personality development; Entrepreneurship; Leadership; Innovation & Creativity; Interview skills, Marketing skills; Non-verbal communication; Communication Skills; Team Building; Stress Management, Decision making skills, to name a few were among her most popular modules. Her training tools and exciting techniques helped the participants catapult themselves and their organizations as a whole, to a much higher level of Achievement.

In Dehradun, her calling flourished as a Motivational Speaker cum trainer as she launched her firm ‘Impact Communications’. She conducted dynamic and experimental workshops for the Corporate as well as Educational Institutes (for Students & Teachers) both in Dehradun and Delhi. Her motivational talks left long-lasting imprints on the participants.

Later, while working as Public Relations Officer (PRO) to Governor Sudarshan Agarwal at the Uttarakhand Raj Bhawan, her philanthropic activities initiated. She was able to launch, a public charitable trust – Arogya Wellbeing Trust (www.arogyawt.org ), along with a retired Diplomat, (British high Commissioner to India) late Mr. David Keeling and the Governor as the Patron. The trust works for the educative and health initiatives of hapless children from the urban and rural poor.

Under the TRUST banner, also runs a powerful program on Soft Skill Development – “Kindle the power within you”, catering to nurture the human mind.

Mr S.K Sharma

Mr S.K Sharma, an MBA with Specialization in HR and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights is a result-driven professional with a successful career in the oil industry spanning for more than three decades; resulting in an excellent in-depth understanding of the oil and gas business.

He possesses a comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM and organizational development having a strong track record of improving processes & procedures. He has demonstrated aptitude in setting and shifting priorities to meet a variety of timelines in demanding environments. He is skilled at developing and executing initiatives that drive organizational growth and enhance output. He also has a proven track record to build long-term relationships with team-members, as well as internal and external customers by establishing a high level of confidence and trust.

He is retired  Group General Manager (HR) in ONGC as a HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST having wide experience of over 37 years in HR in fields of Recruitment & Retention, Manpower Planning, Labour Relations, Collective Bargaining, Compensation Management, Policy Formulation & Development and Disciplinary Process.

Before joining ONGC, he worked in Oil India Ltd. & in Directorate General of Hydrocarbons. As a guest faculty he has delivered lectures in Administrative Staff College, Jodhpur, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, ONGC Academy, Dehradun and in Oil India Ltd., Assam

He has written a number of papers on different aspects of HR and delivered presentations in various national & inter-organisational forum. He is a life member of Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) and National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM).
